Dr. Ferdinand Nweke

Dr. Ferdinand Nweke was the Director of a medical centre in a federal tertiary institution in Nigeria. He left this position to run his own private medical practice which he combined with active speaking and training engagements until 2003. Since then, he has focused on life coaching, training, writing and equipping leaders for maximum impact.

He is an alumnus and an international faculty member of Haggai Institute for Advanced Leadership Training (Maui, Hawaii, USA), and a graduate of Missions Exposure & Training (MET), South Africa. Dr Nweke has trained leaders in Nigeria, Southern Africa, Asia, the United Kingdom and the United States among others. He is passionate about engaging several learning methods and cutting edge technology and multimedia for informative and transformative training.

Dr. Chuka Anude

Dr. Chuka Anude is a recognized life and personal development coach, educator, philanthropist, empowerment specialist, catalyst of change and a trusted leader who has dedicated his life and travelled the world equipping individuals and organizations to maximize their lives and servant-leadership potentials.
As a visionary, he has partnered with global organizations, institutions, religious and ministry affiliates, business men and professionals worldwide to be a hand of help and a voice of hope to individuals, communities and entire nations. For almost two decades, Dr. Anude has led global health and community empowerment programs in many countries including the US, Nigeria, South Africa, Botswana, Guyana and Trinidad, and his passion for public health, servant-leadership and maximized living has helped distinguish him as a leader.

As a global citizen, he has travelled widely to 24 countries in 5 continents and have lived or worked in 9 countries.

He brings his wealth of experience to SynSol’s rich team of consultants.

Dr. Emmanuel Ndububa

Dr. Emmanuel Ndububa headed The Federal Polytechnic Bauchi, Nigeria between 2008 and 2010.
He has attended several trainings around the world. These include Haggai Institute (H.I) Advanced Leadership Seminar in Singapore (2007), Total Project Management Course in Cote D’ivore (2009) and a World Bank sponsored Education Training for Senior Officers in Washington, USA (2010), among others. He has been in the Governing Councils of the National Mathematical Centre, Abuja and The Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi. He is presently the Chairman, Board of Trustees of the Eternity Ministries; A multifaceted Teaching and Training Organization based in Abuja, Nigeria.

His vast experience in management, leadership and cutting edge engineering makes him highly sought-after as a speaker and consultant.

Prof. Emmanuel Emenyonu

Emmanuel Emenyonu is a Professor of Accounting at the Southern Connecticut State University. He specializes in Fraud, Forensic and Investigative Accounting, as well as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
His contributions in academia runs across several renowned institutions including Howard University, University of Glasgow, University of Wales and Yale University.
Prof. Emenyonu’s areas of interests and competences include Accounting Information Systems, eXtensible Business Reporting Language, Enterprise Resource Planning Systems, Cost and Managerial Accounting, and Research and Quantitative Techniques.
He has received several honours and awards including the David G. Lindsay Prize in Accountancy (Glasgow University), Research Award (The International Academy of Business And Public Administration Disciplines Conference) and the Outstanding Paper Award (Academy of Economics and Finance, Savannah, Georgia).
Prof. Emenyonu constantly researches the intrinsic dynamics of macroeconomics in a bid to proffer sustainable economic models that can be adopted by governments. His keen interest in the Nigerian economy has birthed several seminal papers among which are “Long-Run Equilibrium Relationship Between Exchange Rates and Inflation in Nigeria”, “Impact of Management Accounting on the Performance and Viability of Public-Private-Partnered Projects in Nigeria”, and “Some Theoretical Considerations of Cost-Benefit Analysis of Project Abandonment: Experience from an Emerging Economy”.
His years spent on the Budget Development Committee of a leading learning institution comes to full play in the field of public and private sector budgeting and planning.
Emenyonu has chaired the SIM-TEC Business Degree Program for over a decade running and also serves as President, United States and African Development Organization (USAADO).
He is the renowned author of Indelible Footprints: The ICAN Story (The official history of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria).
